Terms of Service

By creating an account or using WeFlat (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use WeFlat.

WeFlat is operated by WeFlat and is available to users aged 18 and over.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to use WeFlat
• You may delete your account at any time from the profile settings

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions, messages). By posting content, you grant WeFlat a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Service.

You are responsible for all content you post. You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates the privacy or rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or explicit material
• Promotes illegal activities
• Is spam or commercial solicitation unrelated to flat-sharing or events

WeFlat has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Full standards are set out in our Community Guidelines.

Users may report objectionable content, listings, events, or other users directly within the app.

We review reported content and take appropriate moderation action, including content removal and account suspension or termination when necessary.

Users who violate these rules may be permanently removed from the platform.

WeFlat is a platform for connecting people — we are not a party to any rental agreement or event arrangement between users.

• Listings must be accurate and relate to real available rooms or genuine events
• Fraudulent listings or scam attempts will result in immediate account termination
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our community guidelines
• WeFlat does not verify listings and is not liable for any transactions between users

You agree not to:

• Use WeFlat for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other users
• Post sexual content, hate speech, spam, or scam-related material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users

Violations are enforced through in-app reporting and moderation. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and may remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who break these rules.

WeFlat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
• Disputes between users, including those arising from flat rentals or events
• Loss of data or service interruptions

Our total liability to you shall not exceed €100 in any 12-month period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of WeFlat after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
