Zero tolerance
There is no place on WeFlat for objectionable content or abusive users. We review reports and act — including permanent removal when necessary.
What we do not allow
This applies to profiles, messages, room listings, events, photos, and any other content posted on WeFlat.
Report abusive behavior
Users may report objectionable content, listings, events, or other users directly within the app.
- Open a profile, chat, listing, or event
- Tap the menu (···) and select Report
- Choose the reason that best describes the issue
We review reported content and take appropriate moderation action, including content removal and account suspension or termination when necessary. Our goal is to review reports within 24 hours.
Enforcement
Users who violate these rules may be suspended or permanently banned from the platform.
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
- Remove specific content (messages, listings, events, or photos)
- Restrict account features temporarily
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
- Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law
